We are connecting spas and salons to nail techs to promote a more professional, safer, and respectable segment in the beauty industry. Your participation encourages education, and a higher level of care in the Canadian beauty industry.
U-Connect is a job placement assistance program that connects salons and spas across Canada with certified, well trained nail technicians, and aestheticians to supply a higher professional standard in the nail and beauty industry. We provide technical support and troubleshooting to our candidates/your future employees to prevent and resolve common issues that may occur in your salon with clients. (I.E. lifting, splitting, improper prep, etc...) We also provide sales support training to help nail techs build your retail sales.
There is no cost for the placement service. All that is required is to purchase Entity product/kits to get the candidate set up and working in your salon.
To take part in U-Connect program simply fill out the registration form, and based on the criteria set forth by the candidate, and potential employer we connect professionals based on three criteria: professionalism, personality, and proficiency to determine compatibility.
When all candidates have been pre-screened and evaluated, we provide recommendations based on technical nail skill, professional maturity, and nail safety and awareness; with U-Connect you receive the best possible candidates to support your salon/spas ongoing success.
